Saizeriya established its own factory in Melbourne, Australia for the flagship products such as hamburger and Milano style doria. In Australia, fresh and quality meat with world-renowned food safety can be assured. Singapore Saizeriya too, imports beef from the Australian factory for our delicious hamburger and meat sauce to be able to offer our Singapore diners at an affordable price. The white sauce used for doria and gratin is also a direct import product from the Australian factory. Australia is a country that is best suited for white sauce production as it manufactures large quantities of high-quality beef and milk.
We deliver fresh and delicious products to our diners. Doria, salad dressings, black pepper sauces, and more are made from scratch at our stores every day. Our Focaccia is hand-stretched and baked by oven only after an order comes in. In the same way, doria and gratin are also handmade before going into the oven. We will continue making efforts to provide even better products to our diners.
